Students will demonstrate proficiency in the Institute Standards including but not limited to digital imaging, word processing, database management, spreadsheet development, desktop publishing, presentation development, system maintenance and management. Students will also be familiar with modern techniques and methods employed in the development of larger software systems, including a study of each of the major activities during the lifetime of a software system, from conception to obsolescence and replacement.
